We do not ask for any company or personal data in order for you to access our website.
If you choose to contact us (by mail, email, telephone or via this website) and provide us with any personal information, we will not pass this personal information to a third party without your permission. We will maintain and protect your information as outlined below.
Our Customers and Suppliers
The vast majority of our customers and suppliers are Companies (either Limited or non-Limited) and the information we hold about them is publicly available through websites or other marketing material.
However, a small number of our customers and suppliers are private individuals. We respect their right to privacy as regards their personal contact details. We hold their details on secure accounting systems and PCs/electronic devices, which are all password-protected. Where any paper copies are held, they will also be kept securely. We do our best to keep the information up-to-date and accurate, and ask our customers and suppliers to inform us of any changes.
For the most part, we use the information we hold to make direct contact with customers or suppliers regarding specific enquiries, quotations or orders associated with our work in the area of machine tool service, repair and sales.
From time to time, we may contact customers more generally with information regarding items for sale or services we can provide.

We have made every effort to review the accuracy of customers’ data in 2018. We have in place a programme to repeat this full review at least every two years.
Where data relates to customers and suppliers, we may be required by law to retain certain details for the purposes of our accounting records. Where this is not required, we will delete any personal data if the person to whom it relates asks us in writing to do so.
